Annual Boiler Service
Your boiler will be serviced once a year. It won't be a "quick check". We'll follow your boiler manufacturer's service schedule and recommendations. You'll also get a gas safety check as standard.
98% Fix Rate
If your boiler goes wrong, you won't be without heating or hot water for long. Most faults are fixed on the first visit — and if your boiler needs parts, we can usually get them the next day.
Unlimited Callouts*
You aren't limited to a set number of call outs or jobs each year. So don't hesitate to call if your boiler goes wrong!

All parts and labour are included to repair your boiler, so no nasty surprises.
No Hidden Charges*
Some boiler cover companies advertise low monthly prices, but charge up to £90 every time you call an engineer out. We think that's wrong. With Thames Boilers, you just pay one monthly fee and that's it. No call out charges and no excess charges.
Online Booking
If your boiler breaks down, you don't need to be on hold for ages to get an appointment. All you need to do is book online. It's easy to use and takes about 2 minutes.

When does my boiler cover start?
It starts when you sign up. However, there's a 21 day period after you sign up where you can't book a job in. This stops some people (not you, dear reader) getting pre-existing problems fixed on the cheap and helps keep prices low.
Is there any excess to pay?
No. On our Silver and Gold plans, there are no excess charges or callout fees. You pay your monthly fee and that's it.
Do I have to pay a callout fee?
No. With Thames Boilers service plans, there are no callout fees. Unlike some other providers who charge £60-£90 per visit, our monthly fee covers everything.
Do you cover my boiler type?
We cover most boilers that are under 15 years old from well-known manufacturers, running on a standard gas supply. If you're unsure whether your boiler is covered, give us a call and we'll let you know.
